Absolutely amazing service with a smile. I called in the morning and the gentleman managed to get to me within 45 minutes. This guy is amazing! We called him last night and he was polite and friendly on the phone. He arranged a time for this morning and arrived exactly when requested. Early hours of the morning my van key snapped after getting back from work, so I dropped an email and hoped for the best. By around 11–11:30am the same day, I had a fully replaced key ready and that was over a bank holiday weekend too! The new key actually works better than the original, which was clearly on its way out, so in a way the break forced me to finally sort it. I stupidly locked the keys to my car boot whilst out, along with my phone! Through the kindness of strangers I managed to borrow a phone to find the phone number of someone I could call to assist - Guy arrived within 45 minutes and spent almost an hour trying multiple ways to get into my car thanks to it having a sticky lock. With sheer patience, determination, and the right tools he did it. I have never felt so relieved! I can't thank Guy enough for his quick arrival and his help. He was so friendly and easy to talk to too - very reassuring.  I would highly recommend using his services in an emergency!
